- Description
- This is an amendment to the Anti Tamper solicitation initially published on 28 Mar 01 and revised on 24 Jan 02 to address Software Protection Initiatives (SPIs). The proposal due dates have not been effected by this amendment. The PRDA still remains open until 22 May 02 for out-of-cycle proposals from the original solicitation. Proposals submitted in response to the amendment SPIs will still be due no later than 28 Feb 02; 4:00 pm local time. The following change is made to the original Anti Tamper solicitation: Section A (Statement of Problem/Objective), paragraph 4 (Other Requirements), subparagraph a. is revised to read "It is anticipated that work performed under this effort may require access to data and information that is classified up to and including the SECRET/Special Access Required (SAR) level. Any offerors proposing effort which require access to or the generation of classified material shall possess personnel and facilities to support this level of classification." All other conditions of this paragraph remain the same.
