Description

NA **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED** System: AVENGER, PRON: D12F0068, Nomenclature: Control-Display, Optical, NSN: 5980-01-492-6186, and P/N: 92-2000-0002, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 300 each. This acquisition co vers potential requirements for a base year and (4) four out years, for a total of five years of contract coverage. Orders will be issues one or more times as requirements materialize for a total potential maximum quantity of 780. The closing date annota ted is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule, 110 days after award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualifi ed sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limite d number of sources. Suggest, that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the firm(s) listed. Restricted Source is Warner Power Conversion LLC, 40 Depot St, Warner , NH 03278. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
