Description

NA This is a commercial item to provide Primary Care Medical Services for the United States Army MEDDAC-Japan. The Contractor shall provide Primary Care Medical Services in accordance with requirements as stated in the Statement of Work; and the established principles, practices, and ethics of the medical profession. Contractor must have the required qualification as stated on Statement of Work. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit of Issue: Hours, Quantity: 1000. The solicitation will be evaluated based on knowledge and qualifications, technical capability, past performance and price. The anticipated period of perform ance will be Base Year: 01 Mar 02- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 - 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 - 30 Sep 04, Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 - 30 Sep 05, and Option Year 4: 01 Oct 05 - 30 Sep 06.
