- NA POC Rhoda Harrison, (757) 878-4005 extension 277 DESC: T--TRADOC Acquisition Center will be issuing solicitation DABT60-01-R-3027 on or about 04 March 2002 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study to provide services in support of the Directorate of Information Management, (DOIM), functions located at Fort Monroe, VA. Services will include but are not limited to Telecommunications, Automation, Records Management, Publishing and Printing. The acquis ition is competed under the A-76 process governed by OMB Circular A-76. The applicable NAICS Code is 541513 with a size standard of $18 million. The apparent successful offeror will compete with the Government In-House Most Efficient Organization (MEO). If a decision is made to contract for the services a 90-day Phase-In (after Notice to Proceed) is contemplated. Contract will be a Cost Plus Award Fee for a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. This procurement is set-aside as an 8 (a) Competitive Action. The competitive range may be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. Oral presentations will be required of all offerors. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued via the TRADOC Acquisition Cen ter (TAC) web page (www.tac.eustis.army.mil) under the heading of Solicitations/Fort Monroe-NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR ANY AMENDMENTS WILL BE PRINTED, MAILED OR PROVIDED. Announcement of amendments will not be made, vendors are cautioned to pe riodically check the TAC web page for new amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and none can be provided. A Site Visit will be conducted. Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit for networking and subcontracting opportunitie s. This is the only site visit that will be conducted. Date, time and directions will be contained in SECTION L of the solicitation.
