Description: The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Sterling Commerce, 12355 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191 for the procurement of GENTRAN:Server maintenance. Only one responsbile source will satisfy agency requirements due to the compatibility between machines and existing software. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
