Description

NA Reference is made to Modification 03 posted on January 23, 2002, to the synopsis for DTRA01-02-R-0009 for Clerical, Administrative, Professional and Facilities Services for the Defense Threat Reduction. Modification 03 advised that the projected release d ate for the Second DRAFT RFQ was February 1, 2002. This modification is being issued to advise that the Second DRAFT RFQ was released on February 1, 2002, for review and comment by industry. Comments are due by 4:00 pm EST on February 15, 2002. The Seco nd DRAFT RFQ was transmitted via e-mail to interested sources that previously requested to be included on the Bidder's Mailing List. However, some error messages have been received indicating that transmission possibly was not completed for some of the e- mail addressees. Therefore, if a company had previously requested to be included on the Bidder's Mailing List and a copy of the Second DRAFT RFQ was NOT received via e-mail since February 1, 2002, please send an e-mail to susan.gaumer@dtra.mil stating '(N AME OF COMPANY) PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED TO BE INCLUDED ON BML FOR DTRA01-02-R-0009 - SECOND DRAFT RFQ NOT RECEIVED.' In response to your e-mail notification, a copy of the Second DRAFT RFQ will be sent via e-mail.
