Description: AMENDMENT 0001. The combined synopsis solicitation is hereby changed to delete the following requirement: The offeror shall deliver manuals that include operational procedures, trouble shooting procedures, parts list and special tooling if required and all necessary depot support information. The date for submission of firm fixed price proposals is changed to Thursday, February 14, 2002. All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis solicitation remain unchanged.
