- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to DADE Behring, Incorporated, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for the provision of Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on the DADE automated chemistry analyzers at the PHS Indian Health Service facilities within the Billings Area. DADE is the manufacturer of the automated chemistry analyzers and thus prohibits anyone other othan their manufacturer trained service representatives from providing these preventive maintenance and repair services. The period of performance shall be for one year.
