Description

DHHS/PSC/DAM intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Delta Toxicology, Inc., P.O. Box 428, Crystal Bay, Nevada 89402, on the basis of other than full and open competition for the National Center for Environmental Health/Chemical Demilitarization Branch (CDM). The purpose of this project is to provide expertise to the CDM in the field of toxicology, particularly as it relates to chemical warfare agents disposal, using skills, knowledge and abilities in the fields of risk assessments, communication and clinical occupational toxicology. The period of performance will be for 12 months from the date of award. The anticipated Request for Proposal release date is 02/25/02. The authority for this noncompetitive award is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1). The NAICS code is 541990. See Numbered Note 22.
