- Description
- Architectural-Engineering services are required for architectural services to provide a master contract for an open-ended services as required by the VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. Work shall include but not be limited to necessary site work, verification of as-builts, analysis of utility systems, necessary detail drawings and reproduction expenses, accurate cost estimates and construction period services. Design submission to be scheduled at 25%, 75% and 99%. Updated as-built drawings are to be submitted on mylar and on latest version of AUTOCADD compatible high density diskettes. Contract period for one year beginning with the date of contract award with two optional years, but the total cost of the contract will not exceed $450,000.00. Tasks will be directed by individual delivery orders; the dollar limit of individual orders issued under the contract shall not exceed $75,000.00. This is not a request for proposal and solicitation documents are not available. Interested firms are to submit SF 254's and SF 255's by close of business March 10, 2002. Selection to be based on recent specialized experience, professional capacity to accomplish work and professional qualifications of staff. The area of consideration is limited to North Carolina and South Carolina. This procurement is set-aside for small business firms only. To qualify as a small business, a firm's average annual receipts for each of the three preceding years did not exceed $2,500,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541310.
