- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525, this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for the overhaul of the following items: Flap Actuators, NSN 1650-01-007-8130, PN 50019-001; NSN 1650-01-099-9712, PN 50019-002, applicable T.O. 9H2-235-13, E3 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
