The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns, will be firm-fixed priced and planned to be competed among qualifying vendors. Vendors are advised that quote for these items should be on an ?all or none? basis. To all potential offerors, Request For Quote will be posted as an attachment to synopsis on 25 February 2002. If your concerns are not satisfied, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
