Description

NA The Air National Guard is conducting market research and is requesting submittal of capability packages from all interested parties on how your company would approach the development, enhancement and sustainment of an Information Analysis Network like the Air National Guard's GUARDIAN--a single automated database that provides timely access to a variety of readiness data to support both standarized performance reporting requirements and short-notice studies and analysis. This database provides capability t o generate consistent, meaningful performance measurement reports. Packages should address the following subject areas: Aircraft Readiness, Unit Maintenance Summary, Supply Performance, Flying Hours Management, Transportation Readiness, Training Personne l Requirements, Logistics Training, Personnel Readiness, Munitions Readiness, Engine Readiness, and Engine Performance. Also address how your company would develop and implement enhanced capability for modeling and simulation, contingency operations suppo rt, web-based development, and incorporation of additional software tools for data analysis, validation and evaluation. Company technical qualifications and past performance should also be addressed.
