- NA Furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to perform Grounds Maintenance Services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ball Mountain Lake, Jamaica, Vermont. Services shall be performed April 2002 through November 2002, with options for two additional seasons. The estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 (base plus two options). 100% small business set-aside. To receive this solicitation, prospective offerors should self-register their firm on the internet at http://www.nae.usace.army.mil. T he solicitation will be available on or about February 23, 2002. Registration instructions are available at the web site. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information they post on the bidders list. All responsible sources may submi t an offer which will be considered by the New England District.
