Description

NA This amendment is directed ONLY to those firms who submitted SF 254?s & SF 255?s for the new Library and Learning center at USMA, West Point. As indicated in the original synopsis, a detailed program report was developed with conceptual plans/elevations of the new Library and renovated Archive space. The selected firm will be required to review and validate the planning and program documents and may be required to modify the concept or provide alternative solutions in coordination with the USMA, Army Corps of Engineers and other Federal/State Agencies who are responsible for the executing the project and preparing the Environmental Impact Stateme nt (EIS). Firms may submit supplemental information addressing their qualifications to perform this work. Firms shall not modify their original submittal and SF255, but only submit a supplemental package specifically addressing the above if required. All submittals are due by the COB on 21 Feb 02.?
