Description

NA Point of contact for this solicitation is Sandy Thomson, 206-764-6865 sandra.b.thomson@usace.army.mil Hopper maintenance dredging of approximately 200,000 cubic yards of shoal material from the South Reach at Grays Harbor, Washington. 100,000 cubic yar ds of the dredged materials will be disposed at the WDNR managed Point Chehalis open-water disposal area. The remaining 100,000 cubic yards of dredged material will be pumped off and disposed in an upland disposal site in Westport, Washington. Disposal i n the upland site includes shaping of the fill. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. The estimated dollar value is in the range of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 with a completion period of 60 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234990 and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1629 with size standard of $17 million. This solicitation will be issued as a Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of E ngineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification about amendments. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 28 February 2002. This procurement is open to all business sizes.
