Description: The Naval Air System Command intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order under NAVAIR contract N00019-02-D-3062 to Orbital Sciences Corporation, Chandler, AZ for flight operation support for a VANDAL aerial target mission at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, HI. Orbital Sciences is the only known firm with the engineering expertise and access to VANDAL proprietary technical data to perform this effort.
