Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport shall award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification under contract N66604-01-C-1342 to Comptek Amherst Systems, Inc. 30 Wilson Road, Buffalo, NY 14221 for upgrade to the portable digital Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) to include a .5 to 18 GHz RF Generation Unit. The contract modification solicitation shall be negotiated under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1): Only One Responsible Source, based on the proprietary software and computer chips utilized in the (CEESIM) system. Delivery shall be at Destination 360 days after contract award. See Numbered Note 22. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
