Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, FL has a requirement for a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) System for the Naval Aviation Depot Jacksonville. The system consists of removal of the old FPI system and turnkey installation of a new Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection System. The new FPI system shall be capable of combining manual and automated features to manually perform non-destructive inspections on a variety of aircraft and engine components up to 120"L x 84" W x 60" H in size, up to 500 lbs. in weight. All components of the FPI system shall be designed and fabricated to accommodate the maximum size and weight as stated above.
