Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to award a FFP, sole source purchase order to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, 221 Oyster Pond Road, Woods Hole, MA 02543. This purchase order is for modification, repair and calibration of one (1) solid state bioluminescence photometer, as specified in the Statement of Work. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchased order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22.
