Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to award a FFP, sole source purchase order to The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii, Hawaii Mapping Research Group, 2800 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 200, Honolulu, HI 96822. This purchase order is for conversion of existing software to output a georeferenced TIFF (GeoTIFF) file or other georeferenced image file for input into a GIS package. The program must be able to output both sidescan and bathymetry files in the desired format. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchased order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22.
