- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 39,315 rentable square feet of office and warehouse storage space along with 70 parking spaces in the Wood County, West Virginia area for the Bureau of Public Debt. The rentable office space must yield a minimum of 14,900 ANSI BOMA Office Area and the rentable warehouse storage space must yield a minimum of 20,000 ANSI BOMA Office Area. Office and warehouse storage space must be contiguous. The delineated area shall not be less than 4 miles and not more than seven miles Public Debt facility located at 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV, and shall include location adjacent to or accessible from the following primary and secondary road systems: Interstate 77 N to its intersection with U.S. State Route 50; U.S. State Route 50 E to its intersection with County Route 50/37; WV Route 47 to its intersection with County Route 21 S; and WV Route 14 NW from County Route 21 to Pettyville, West Virginia.
