Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Services (PBS) is responsible for the assignment of utilization of space by Federal Government agencies, and the acquisition of space by Federal Government agencies, and the acquisition of space to house those agencies. The GSA/PBS is seeking to obtain a wide variety of real estate services from qualified firms to assist the GSA in acquiring leasehold interests in real property and other pre and post-acquisition services on a nationwide basis. The GSA anticipates awarding multiple contracts. This will be a two-year contract with 3 one-year priced options. A negotiated source selection method will be utilized for this procurement.
