- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 19,182 rentable square feet yielding 16,680 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Existing, proposed, or sites for new space will be considered. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the Hattiesburg, Mississippi area within the following delineated area: WEST: 40th Avenue, SOUTH: Tatum Street, EAST: Gulfport Street, NORTH: Hardy Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Five parking spaces must be located on-site. Additional parking spaces for employees and visitors are required and must be located within two blocks of the offered property. Space must be ready for occupancy by February 1, 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
