- THIS MODIFICATION IS POSTED TO ALTER THE DELINEATED AREA FOR THIS PROCUREMENT AND TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DUE DATE TO ACCOMODATE THIS CHANGE. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,524 rentable square feet yielding 1,325 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Space must be on the second floor or above and located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Bowling Green, Kentucky within the following delineated areas: WEST: US Highway 31W, SOUTH AND EAST: State Road 880 (Lovers Lane), NORTH: State Highway 234, REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on November 30, 2002. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Five on-site, outside parking spaces are required, three for immediate use and two for future use, and 2) Public transportation and visitor parking must be located within three blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
