Description: The Postal Service intends to award on a sole source basis to Routesmart Technologies a contract to provide Carrier Optimal Routing (COR) software to enhance designer algorithms optimizing bi-modal carrier routes for a Zip Code Zone. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. A determination by the USPS not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USPS. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
