- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: Liquid Quantity Transmitter, NSN 6680-01-181-9656, PN 015-022-003, applicable to B-1B aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
