Description

NA The U.S. Army Crime Laboratory proposes to issue a Sole Source contract to Applied Bio System, 850 Lincoln Centre Drive, Foster City, CA 94404, for the purchase of DNA Kits and Consumable Supplies. These DNA kits and consumable supplies are for use on an ABI Prism Instrument Platform (ABI Prism 377) or (ABI Prism 310 Genetic Analyzer). Only one manufacture has DNA kits and supplies that meet the U.S. Army Crime Lab?s platform validation requirements. A firm?fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition procedures. Any other responsible sources able to provide these supplies are encouraged to obtain validation from the U.S. Army Crime Lab.
