- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0095, applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01 and DCN 20011206. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The following is a sole-source to Logistic Concepts Inc., 5420 Summerwood Lane, Yorba Linda, CA 92886. This requirement is as follows: CLIN: 0001, one each Optical Sight Syste m . ClLIN: 0002, one each Radio Video Transmission system. CLIN: 0003, Engineering Support for continuing test efforts and evaluation of optical sighting system. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination, 60 days after award of purchase order. Final inspection will be NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
