- Description
- This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 14 and Part 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for the Rehabilitation of four (4) Dormitories. Location: Oconaluftee Civilian Conservation Center, Cherokee, North Carolina. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, parts, tools, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals as necessary for Rehabilitation of four (4) dormitories. The work consists of but not limited to site work, concrete, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors, windows, finishes, mechanical, electrical and painting. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is: 2332. The size standard is: $27.5. THE PRICE RANGE IS-$1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. The contract completion time is 10 months. There will be a pre-bid meeting schedule for all interested bidders (the date and time will be provided with the bid package). The solicitation, plans, and specifications for this project will be issued on compact disc and will be delivered by U.S. mail. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. To be included on the bidder's list, each prospective bidder should request a solicitation package in writing on company letterhead via facsimile to Dianne Mitchell, FAX number (404) 562-3256. Include company name, address, telephone number, email address, and point of contact. No verbal requests will be accepted. PLEASE REFERENCE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER. Due to a District Court Temporary Restraining Order and a Consent Order that addresses the use of the Internet by the Department of Interior, we are unable to use Electronic Commerce, which means the solicitation will not be available for down-load.
