- The period of performance will be one base year with four (4) one-year options. Only those vendors who can provide the service required will be accepted. DOE-AL intends to acquire a competitive price on leasing the following: Ku-Band, Transponder protected Satellite Space Segment Services to support full duplex and one simplex 56 Kbps links between a Hub earth station in New Mexico and remote earth stations in 5 conus locations for DOE/AL proprietary satellite communications network system.
