Description

NA Solicitation No. DACA45-02-R-0010 is hereby CANCELLED in its entirety. The Government is required, when contemplating a sole source procurement action, to conduct a market survey to collect and analyze information concerning capabilities within the competitive market to satisfy the agency need. A method of accomplishing the m arket survey is the posting of the Government's intent to procure on the FEDBIZOPS/CBD. To post an announcement on the FEDBIZOPS/CBD, a solicitation number is required, without it, posting can not be accomplished. The solicitation number is also posted o n the Omaha District web page to aid in the collection and indentification of information of the market survey. The announcement posted on the FedBizOps / CBD was part of such a market survey requirement for a Sole Source procurement action with West Plai ns Energy involving the construction, operation and ownership of a new transmission line, tap and substation to serve the Pueblo Chemical Depot Disposal Facility (PUCD). West Plains Energy is the current franchised supplier of electrical energy for the Pue blo Chemical Depot, Pueblo Colorado. Solicitation documentation will not be issued.
