NA Correction: This action originally publicized on the FedBizOpps Web Page 07 February 2002 is modified as follows: In accordance with FAR 15.3, the source selection method for this procurement will be by the Best Value Trade Off method, wherein Contractor s will submit both technical and price proposals. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offer based on an evaluation of the proposals against the evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal. The CDs will be available approximatel y 15 March 2002. There will be a pre-proposal conference, the date and time to be identified in the solicitation package. All the other information remains the same.
