Description

DESC: Overseas Bulk Fuel Procurement of Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JA1, NSN 9130-00-753-5026: Quantity: 49,350,000 USG; Purchase Program 2.99G, Delivery Period: April 1 thru May 31, 2002 plus 30-day carry-over period. Fuel is destined for Jebel Ali, UAE. This solicitation will be available on the World Wide Web (FedBizOpps) on or about February 12, 2002 or may be obtained at http://www.desc.dla.mil. If you are unable to download the solicitation, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested to Bo Sim, DESC-BZD at facsimile #(703) 767-9044. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time at facsimile # (703) 767-8506. Email offers will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
