- Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (SIH), NSN 6850-01-057-6427, MIL-DTL85470B dated 15 June, 1999, Purchase Program 4.7, quantity 254,000 U.S. gallons. Requirements are for GERMANY: Speyer, 5,000 USG; Ramstein, 45,000 USG; Rhein-Main, 40,000 USG; Boxberg, 5,000 USG; UAE: Jebel Ali, 5,000 USG; BAHRAIN: Sitra, 60,000 USG, QATAR: Al Udeid Air Base, 30,000 USG, OMAN: Thumrait, 60,000 USG. Ordering period is date of award through September 30, 2002. Delivery period is April 1, 2002 through through September 30, 2002. Copies of this solicitation will be available via the Internet at the Defense Energy Support Center web site (www.desc.dla.mil) and the FedBizOpps web site (www.fedbizopps.gov) on approximately February 22, 2002. If you do not have access to the Internet, a hard copy of the solicitation will be sent to you upon request.
