- Industry Day II briefing (revised: <P> The FAA releases the revised attached briefing package for Industry Day II that the Next Generation Air/Ground (A/G) Communications (NEXCOM) Product Team presented during Industry Day II, January 22-25, 2002. <P> The briefing package is an overview of the NEXCOM Ground System Strategy and the identification of the two phased acquisition approach for the Rapid Preliminary Development Effort (RPDE) and Full Scale Development Program (FSDP). <P> Questions concerning this announcement should be addressed to the FAA NEXCOM Program Contracting Officer, Mr. Matthew E.
