Description

NA PRON: AX2C0068AX, NSN: 1730-01-331-4163, PN: 1740SDP-001-1, Quantity: 32 each Applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train unit. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 32 each 240 Days DAA. This item is being solicit ed to Derl MFG Co., 2730 N. Slater Ave., Compton, CA 90222-1035, Cage Code: 5F408, who is the only source for whom first article can be waived. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data , engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. 'This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Ex ecutive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the united states without prior approval of the Government.' The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, howev er, due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Firms that recognize and can produce the r equired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respectiv e embassies. No telephone request will be accepted.
