Description

NA 17. PRON: 4629R40846AX, NSN: 1615-01-254-7793, PN: 7-311340001 - 7, Quantity 24 each applicable to AH-64 Longbow. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Mesa, AZ. This is a restricted requirement to, The Purdy Corporation (15152) and McDonnel l Douglas Helicopter. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source (s). The required delivery when First Article is applicable 10 each 420 Day s After Contract Award, 10 each the following month and 4 each to complete delivery. First Article Test Report is due 268 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not applicable the required delivery 10 each 280 Days After Contract Award, 10 each the following month and 4 each to complete delivery. When Alternate II clause is recommended the delivery is 10 each 350 Days After Contract Award, 10 each the following month and 4 each to complete delivery. The closing date annotated is an estimated da te and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respecti ve embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encourag ed to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
