Due to security regulations at NSWC, US citizenship is required for all attendees. Those who have already registered will be notified separately to verify US citizenship. As previously noted, registration for the workshops will be by e-mail only. No telephone requests will be honored. Registration for each workshop will be closed 10 working days prior to the start of each respective workshop session. To register for the works hops, send an e-mail including your name, company, position in the company, and justification for attendance to each of the workshops to jccx@navsea.navy.mil. Do not phone or e-mail contracting officer unless absolutely necessary. Put Attendance request for workshop #X in the subject field of your e-mail registration. Additional details on the workshops including agendas, specific location information and specific security clearance requirements will be posted on the JCC(X) industry website, URL: https://pms377.navsea.navy.mil/industry. This is a restricted access site. A Request Access Form, must be completed in order to gain access to the JCC(X) industry website at the following URL: https://pms377.navsea.navy.mil. When completing the form, specify Trey Austin as the POC, and Access to JCC(X) Industry Information as the reason for request. The November 2001 CBD annou ncement also stated that no confidential information would be discussed at these workshops. However due to the classified nature of the CLIN 0002 AN and AL studies, Survivability and Information Operations/Information Assurance, requires that these two topics be convened in a classified environment to permit open discussion of issues. While reports and presentation material should be kept unclassified, a classified addendum will be permitted, if required. Registrants for the classified portion of this workshop must be US citizens with a Secret Clearance. An official Visit Request should be sent to NSWC, Carderock via PMS377.
