Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure technical, clerical and administrative support for the Directorates and units of the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM), located in Norfolk and its components located in the Suffolk complex, Norfolk complex and at Fort Monroe, Virginia. Award of a Time and Material (T&M), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated to include a base year, commencing 01 May 02, and four one-year options. The annual level of effort is estimated to be 162,000 hours. This is a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside. The FISC Detachment Philadelphia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following labor categories: (1) Program Manager, (2) Sr. Management Analyst, (3) Management Analysts II (quantity of two), (4) Administrative Assistant, (5) Word Processor 2, (6) Word Processor I, (7) Facilities Clerk, (8) Food Service Coordinator, (9) Food Service Clerk, and (10) Librarian. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561110 and the Small Business Standard is $5M. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Det Phila. The solicitation will be available fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis postinng at FISC Norfolk's web address: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm and the NECO web address: http://neco.navy.mil.
