Description

United States Government The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Notice of Intent to Lease Space Requirement: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is seeking to lease approximately 22,000 - 25,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space Houston, Texas. The rentable space must yield between 19,850 and 22,000 contiguous BOMA office usable square feet of space. Location: The building must be located within the following boundaries of Houston: Interstate 10 to the North, Route 59 (Eastex Freeway) to the East and Interstate 45 to the South and West. Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm with two five (5) year renewal options Occupancy: Space should be ready for tenant improvements by June 2002. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following address by February 18, 2002 and should include the following information: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable and usable square footage and rate per rentable and usable square foot 3. Method of measurement for the space 4. Common area factor 5. Date space is available 6. Proposed floor 7. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
