Description

OR FAX REQUESTS TO 303-236-1774./////////// NAICS Code 235610 Roofing, Siding, and Sheet Metal Contractors. Size Standard $11.5 million. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project title is Metal /Flashing Replacement. The project is located at the U.S. Geological Services, Building 810 at the Denver Federal Center (DFC), Lakewood, Colorado. The project includes removal of roof flashing and installation of new prefinished roof flashing on a metal barrel roof. The Invitation for Bid will be issued by GSA, DFC Service Center (8PD) and will be available on or about February 19, 2002 at the EPS internet site at http://ww.eps.gov/. A site visit will be held on or about February 27, 2002 at 9:00 A.M. at Building 810, Entrance W-7 near the Cafeteria, at the DFC, in Lakewood, Colorado. Offers will be due on or about March 13, 2002 and bid opening will be held on that date. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Award is expected to be made on or about March 30, 2002, with the expected start date to begin on or about April 22, 2002, for a performance period of 22 weeks. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item under Part 12 of the FAR. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the EPS site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or http://www.eps.gov/ for the issuance of any amendments. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A SMALL BUSINESS. OFFERS FROM LARGE BUSINESS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
