- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-02-Q-0002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01 (Initial Effective 21 DEC 01). The NAICS Code is 512120. This is a sole source requirement for season years one and two of the television series ?Andromeda? from Tribune Entertainment, with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. License period is three runs over a three-year period. This item is being purchased for the American Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC.) Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP.
