Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide the following type of service: Mark with adipose clip and coded wire tag Spring Chinook Salmon at Warm Springs National Fish Hatchery, Warm Springs, Oregon. Dates for fish to be marked shall be April 20, 2002 through May 15, 2002. Conditions of Operations: 1. Mark fish without use of anesthetics or human handling in the mass mark trailer. 2. Maintain a mortality rate of less than 0.5%. 3. Automatically and accurately measure fish within 1mm total length during marking operation. 4. Provide automated marking and tagging trailer with trained operator/biologist. 5. Complete project within a three (3) week period or less beginning on or about April 20, 2002. This project shall be accomplished with automated fish marking and tagging system. This solicitation is available and due date is 030702.
