Description

NA This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. Written quotes are requested not later than Close Of Business 19 Feb 2002, ref solicitation number, include point of contact and phone number. This acquisition is under SAT. Anticip ated period of performance 1 March 2002 – 28 Feb 2003. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, as required. Representations & Certifications of Officers, 52.212-3 must be completed in its entirety. All contract ors must be CCR registered before an award can be processed. CAGE Code and Tax Identification Number must be returned with your quote. See note 1, however, all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Provide 100 CELLULAR TELEPHONES: black in color, flip style, not larger than 5” long x 2.5” wide x 1.5” deep, to include Lithium-Ion battery, 1 year warranty, voice activated optional, belt clip or device to connect to person, hands free head set, car char ger, standard AC charger. Provide 12 MONTHS DIGITAL SERVICE FOR 100 CELLULAR TELEPHONES at various locations in the state of Georgia, to include: complete coverage in Georgia, 500 anytime minutes per telephone for a total of 50,000 minutes to be shared am ong the 100 phones per month, caller id, voice messaging, no long distance charges, no roaming charges. Consolidated billing detailed by phone number. No activation or termination fees. Provide one Point of Contact for customer assistance.
