Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Labor and Materials for installation of the Phoenix Epoxy floor system to a 1,812 square feet area with a 4-inch high coved epoxy curb measuring 180 linear feet around the perimeter of the floor and two columns located inside the area. Quantity: 1 JOB. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1) the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 333999, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Quotations are due January 25, 2002 by 2:00 P.M. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Procurement, Attn; Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Room 708-A Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-3135.
