Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N62766-02-Q-9907 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This quotation is one-hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. Only small businesses may submit offers under this quotation. The small business size standard is $6M. The NCAIS Code is 561790. Quotation shall include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation and facilities necessary to perform this service. Quotations shall reflect prices for the basic year (31 Mar 02 thru 30 Mar 03) with four one-year option periods. The pricing schedule with all contract line item numbers (CLINs) can be located at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This solicitation is issued for Water Blasting Services to be performed at various U. S. Navy Family Housing locations, Guam. Performance of the contract is from 31 Mar 02 thru 30 Mar 03, with four one-year options. The Statement Of Work (SOW) can be located at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items to include addendums to this clause. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Dec 2001) and 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; to include addendums to this clause. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov, FAR 52-237-1 Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on 22 February 2002 at 1000 hours, local time. Please inform the point of contact prior to 21 February 2002 if you plan on attending the site visit. All prospective bidders will meet at the Contracts Office, PWC Bldg. 101 lower, prior to proceeding to the site locations. Quotations are due by 1600 hours, local time, on 05 Mar 02. Offers may be submitted to the point of contact identified above . This acquisition is unrated in accordance with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
