Description
The Government intends to purchase the following utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Quotation Number is M00681-02-T-0097. The requirement is for a service contract for scopist services for AC/S Staff Judge Advocate, building 1160, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California for the period 1 March 2002 through 30 September 2002 with the option to extend three additional years. Detailed specifications will be provided in the solicitation. This is a Small Business-Small purchase Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code is 561492. The solicitation and attachments can be download from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website ( see the URL provided below). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the government. Interested parties may contact SSgt Rodolfo M. Bellota at (760) 725-8135 or via email at bellotar@pendleton.usmc.mil to obtain a written copy of the solicitation. All contractors submitting a quote are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The web site is https://WWW.CCR2000.com. Award date is anticipated to be on or before 1 March 2002. Quotations are due by 4:00 PM (PST) 27 February 2002. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile transmission to (760) 725-8445/4346 or via email to address above. Offers bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. The offer bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmission and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received. Facsimile transmission must clearly state the quotation number and the name of the Contracting Officer on the first page to ensure proper receipt.
