Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Roman L. Hruska U. S. Meat Animal Research Center located in Clay Center, Nebraska requires deliveries of Primers in 96 well plates and single tubes for use in PCR, DNA Sequencing and Mass Spectrophotometer genotyping research activities. The period of performance shall be March 2002 through February 2003. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-011-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before March 1, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 325998 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-011-82HW-02 which will be available on or about February 15, 2002. The anticipated award date is March 5, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
