Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC) services for male and female offenders in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Location of the facilities shall be within Davidson County. Residential CSC services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of WOrk entitled, Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC) dated November 2001. A firm fixed price indefinite quanity requirements type contract is anticipatd. The services are estimated to be 71% male and 29% female. The estimated number of inmate days for CSC services are 30,660 inmate days for the two-year base period, and 15,330 inmate days for Option Years One, Two, and Three. The solicitation will be available on or about March 16, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site = http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading insructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of the solicitation is May 15, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for solicitation will be accepted.
